The Challenge

UiPath was experiencing hyper-growth driven by global demand for their automation products.

Filled with a young, ambitious workforce, they sought a modern and high-impact L&D partner that could meet the pace of their fast-moving culture.

As part of their strategy to create a competitive leadership advantage, UiPath needed consistent leadership development for every level — from the c-suite to first-line managers — delivered worldwide.
