Accessibility Statement

Affinity Space believes learning should be open to everyone, and the same applies to our website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use affinityspace.io, whatever their ability or the technology they use.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This means you should be able to:

zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen;
navigate most of the website using just a keyboard;
use the website with a screen reader;
read text with enough contrast against its background;
pause or avoid moving content and animations.

What we are doing

Using clear headings, descriptive links and alternative text for meaningful images.
Checking colour contrast and font sizes when we design new pages.
Respecting the reduced motion setting on your device where we use animation.
Testing pages with automated tools and manual keyboard checks.

Known limitations

We are still improving the website, and some parts may not yet be fully accessible:

some animations and interactive elements may be harder to use with a keyboard or screen reader;
some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible;
embedded third-party tools, such as our booking calendar and videos, are provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
